To support its strategic business plan, rapid business growth, and increasing customer needs, Ebatco is inviting qualified candidates to apply for the postdoctoral research associate position. The position will have a flexible term of one to two years with the possibility to convert to a full-time research staff position. The postdoc research associate will be immersed in many aspects of company research and business such as developing a scientific understanding of materials and nanotechnology related subjects, technical reporting of findings, proposal writing, and interacting with company customers.
Eligibility and Qualifications:
Applicants should have a doctoral degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Solid State Physics, Surface Science, Physical Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Polymers, or other related disciplines. Applicants will be evaluated based on academic records, applied research interests, publication and presentation lists and recommendations. Preferred (but not required) qualifications include nanotechnology involvement and hands-on experience operating advanced analytical instruments. Prior experience and knowledge on grant proposal writing and submission will be considered, but not required.
