Seeking highly motivated, experienced, and tech savvy independent sales reps for high demand testing and measurement instruments.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following experience and skill sets:

• Drive for success and self motivated
• Strong communication and people skills
• Quick learner with a strong desire to win
• 2 or more years of industrial and scientific sales experience
• Previous success in a performance driven, commission environment
• Proven closing and networking skills, and general computer proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Establish sales calls through cold calls, referrals, and networking
• Generate new leads and follow-through on current leads
• Attend trade shows and workshops within your territories
• Visit customers and potential customers on site
• Close sales and support customer pre- and post-sales
• Meet aggressive sales quotas and post monthly sales results

Compensation: 

• Our sales representatives are independent contractors
• The compensation is 100% commission based on gross sales less shipping, handling, and taxes

This engineer designs instruments in compliance with mechanical engineering principles and customer contract requirements, coordinates prototype part builds and product development with local suppliers.
