Materials Characterization

Compact and portable friction meters are designed for precise and accurate measurements and testing of static and dynamic friction characteristics of a variety of materials. Reciprocating wear of materials, coatings and surfaces can also be evaluated under pre-selected contact formats, loads, and speeds.

TSF – 502:

Versatile model with Bowden method. Limited application software is built in for targeting QC customers of routine work. Temperature control is possible with heater type stage at option.

TSF – 300:

Versatile model with Bowden method. Limited application software is built in for targeting QC customers of routine work. Temperature control is possible with heater type stage at option.

TSF – 500D:

Specialty model with disk rotational system. It equips rotatable f150mm round stage and measures disk samples while rotating the stage.

TSF – 500R:

Specialty model with cylinder rotational system. It equips a customized device to hold and rotate cylindrical samples and measures cylindrical samples while rotating it. Cylinder of diameter f10 – f100mm x 300(L) is supposed.
