A high-temperature muffle furnace is used for materials processing in controlled atmospheres. The muffle furnace provides a controlled environment with stable heating conditions and precise temperatures. The Across International GCF 1700 Furnace can operate with various gases and chamber pressures to help control chemical reactions and phase transitions. The muffle furnace can be used for the high temperature processing of metals, glasses, ceramics, and composites, including annealing, ashing, calcining, drying, firing, melting, sintering, and more to manipulate the microstructure of the tested material.
